Je me suis adressé à cette agence pour obtenir un prêt immobilier afin d’acheter une petite résidence principale. Je leur ai envoyé tout ce qu’ils m’ont demandé, puis on m’a dit qu’il m’était impossible d’obtenir un prêt, même un petit prêt avec un acompte important (70% du prix d’achat). On m’a également dit que mes revenus étaient trop faibles. Et voilà qu’après avoir visité une banque ordinaire, on m’a dit que mes revenus étaient bien supérieurs à la moyenne, et qu’avec mon important acompte, on m’a immédiatement accordé un prêt bien supérieur à la limite que j’avais demandée à BlueSky. En fait, ils ne voulaient pas avoir affaire à moi et ont donc décidé d’inventer des excuses pour me faire partir. Je ne recommande pas leurs services. La quintessence de la flemme française.
